ER.0 THE SKINNY
Made to disappear when not needed, and hold when it matters. SKINNY is the carbon ladder that won’t compromise between weight and safety: an ultra-thin structure that cuts weight to the essential, while keeping stiffness and load rating — up to 120 kg — of a far bulkier ladder. Removable by nature, it stows away in a moment when not in use.
Construction
Main structure in pre-preg carbon and epoxy resin, designed to carry real load with minimal mass. AISI 316 stainless-steel fittings, polished where visible. POM tubular guards and closures, for long-lasting hold under sun and salt.
Finish
Standard finish painted gloss white. On request, different colors or C-LOOK finish, glossy or matte. The underside of the steps is painted the same color or black, always matte, with minimal filler use to avoid adding unnecessary weight.
Tread
Steps with color-matched non-slip paint. On request, natural teak steps, shaped and with glued-on edge spacing.
Adjustable supports
Two adjustable guards on the first step. On 6- or 7-step versions, a second pair is added on the 4th or 5th step, to ensure proper bending stiffness. Each support is a foot with stainless-steel ball joint and POM protection.
Connection
Two deck attachments, one philosophy: precision for every hull. SKINNY mounts with a flat base bolted to the deck. SKINNY GOAT is designed for vertical hooking on the inner face of the bulwark. On request, bronze fittings for classic boats.
Stowage bag
On request, protective black PVC faux-leather bag, to protect the ladder when not in use.
Deck socket, stainless steel made, may be both of bonding and bolting type.
